So I've been off the forum for awhile... Looks like too long. Lol. I am planing on going to the Eureka Springs ride in the spring with several other forum members. Hope to have the bike back up and running plus transmission swapped before then.

I hate to revive what's looking like a dead thread, but I have been riding my '92 with the aforementioned 2nd gear problem for close to 3k miles. I just started noticing problems with 3rd occasionally slipping at low speeds and stuttering(gives a bit of a jolt like when you shift into first at...

I beg to disagree with Gen 1 lovers being a dying breed. I just turned 22 and love every moment on my Gen 1!! Just about everyone I ride with has a sport bike lol. Bike is 23 years old and still killing these sport bikes. Lol. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
