if pre owner has it set to open at 3000 what do i look for to change it back to stock? or how can it be set for 3000rpms?

how can i unhook v boost? does it have a fuse i can pull to try. i dont know anything about the v boost. i know what it suppose to do but maybe its coming in at 3000. help.

no the jet block he took off and cleaned dident help at all, he said the carbs were fine and clean. but every where i call to see if they can check my wiring they go right back to the carbs, i would think new boots and cleaned twiced by shops that had mechanics that had been there 20 plus years...

if the timing is ok does that mean my valves are in adjustment? book says to pull air box and remove carbs to get valve covers off, tell me it aint so. it looks like there is plenty room to get them out. if its in time what all does this eliminate? thanks.

pittsburg is way to far for me. my zip is 25550. wv. my shop said the coil by stater cant be checked, besides i dont know how to get that pick up coil out with no puller. dont no where to turn. may go look at used hayabusa today. its fuel injected.

i started on the shotgun on one carb, got discouraged and put it back togather. couldent get air to go thru the hole upper left from air mix screw. the one that has the o rung around it.

no he dident sync them, i took them off and took them to him. could they have needed synced in the first place insted of cleaned? it starts good,idles good just a flutter off idle till i get to 3000 rpms. then its perfect.

im an hour from huntington ans an hour from charleston wv abought right in the middle. someone told me if it was out of synk it would not just clear up when it reaches 3000 rpms, that it would run rough all the way up to redline. mine is fine after 3 grand. any help? gonna try shotgun this...
