The first thing I would check is the battery. Just had to replace the battery in my '15 Indian Roadmaster. It would light all the lights but as soon as I hit the starter button....nothing. Batteries will sometimes "short" internally, when you try the sterter the high amp draw will temporarily...

I used a whole can in my '85 several times after I bought it. (carbs were bad shape) It only ran better. I don't believe it is possible to use too much. It may have broke some junk loose in the fuel system while parked.

Apparently no one here belongs to the AMA........towing for all your vehicles and drivers is included in the yearly dues! No brainer IMHO.

My '85 has a Stage 7 jet kit with VBoost delete (no butterflies, no controller or stepper motor, nothing) Also running MegaCycle cams, COPS and K&N pods. Also has a 4-1 Hindle SS header. It sounds like a Pro Stock V-8 at idle up to ~3K RPM where it cleans up nicely. I also do not see how...

28-32 mpg average, have seen the high teens when I get a little crazy. These are not the bike to have if you are concerned about fuel mileage.
