Did you ever get the the bottom of this Carb 4 being high problem, seems like i have the same issue, 1 -3 sync up just fine but 4 seems alot higher and will not budge, Haven't really start to diagnose it yet except closing mixture screw full on that cyl does not seem to make any difference so...
