Gen 2 to Gen 1 shaft for swingarm

Been meaning to call you and tell you about a theory I've got about that Sean, I came across it while I was doing my swingarm. I could be wrong but I don't think so, I'll try to give you call soon or send an email. I'm limited to stock diameter for my shaft (200 rear tire centered) and every...

Gen 2 to Gen 1 shaft for swingarm

Gorgeous as always Jedi, I'll be in contact soon about that drive shaft we talked about awhile back. Almost got everything I need for the 1500 and that'll be the last piece of the puzzle :)

    10 mm ammo?

Rusty is right, it's not the best choice for concealed carry. The reasons for follow up shots are simple, we all miss sometimes. I carry a Glock 23 as my edc but if I'm wanting to dress down then I run my Kahr CM9 for pocket carry.

    10 mm ammo?

Online will be your best bet but be prepared to pay for it. If you buy a 10mm you should seriously consider getting into reloading depending on how much you'll shoot it. If you shoot a fair amount the equipment will pay for itself and you'll save money but if it's mainly gonna stay in the safe...

    AR-15 Pistol? Opinions?

But you can run an afg on it and still be legal, that one in the pic on Facebook I tagged you in is pretty much exactly what I want to build in 300 blackout. As far as the atf going back on the arm brace, everyone said the same thing about the slidefire too but so far so good. The whole NFA is...

    AR-15 Pistol? Opinions?

Perfectly legal, that's why there's been a rush on the Sig brace lol

    AR-15 Pistol? Opinions?

I'm thinking about building one with the Sig arm brace in the future, still would primarily be a rifle in use but it negates the need for the sbr tax stamp. I'm thinking 300 blackout if I do because 5.56 loses its ass with such a short barrel and I've already got 2 AR's in 5.56 anyway lol

    Checking interests

I did this swap on my 94, I did it because it enabled me to run a Busa caliper and it's 3lbs lighter than my stock set of forks. I rebuilt the 92 forks I got with progressive springs and 1" lowering and put brand new head bearings in while I was in there. I haven't noticed any ill effects on...

    Adventures with Powdercoating

Cerikote is awesome but it's very finicky, gotta blast to bare metal and bake all the oils out then apply and bake again. End result is very very tough though!

"Hunchback" Gen 1 Fuel Tank from Germany?

Thank you! This is pretty much exactly what I was looking for so I can run an aux tank when I don't have my nitrous bottle on board. I'm extended 3" and my nitrous bottle sits between the tire and the tank and one of these would work perfectly, I'd just need the 1/4" fitting on one end and a...

What's the best rain tire for stick rims on a Vmax?

This has been my experience as well.

    aftermarket cams?

You'd need valvesprings too, the bottom ends aren't really all that good to take that kind of rpm either especially stock. Focus on making more horsepower under 10,000 rpm and you'll go faster and it'll live longer.

Just got my UFO 4-1, I have a few questions.

You should be fine with either can, you can leave the vboost fully functional as well because if you pull it off then you'll need the Webber sync tool. I think what was meant is with the vboost gone that some bikes will kinda sag if you whack the throttle too fast at low rpm but should still be...

    Good backrest option

You won't regret it, I don't use mine much but when I need it then it's a godsend

    Good backrest option

I've got one too and you just can't beat it for the durability and the price and it looks awesome too. Great people there too! I also highly recommend Sean's seats, it a whole new bike after that.

My How TO: Wire up a VBoost On (stock functioning) and Fully open all the time switch

Re: My How TO: Wire up a VBoost On (stock functioning) and Fully open all the time sw I'm sorry but I had to steal this from biker dash's reply the other day because it's really the only thing that fits. Billy Madison - Ultimate Insult (Academic Decathl…: http://youtu.be/5hfYJsQAhl0

    87 octane vs. 93 octane

Very good point, in any case I believe it to be just as you said that there's so little change that it probably wouldn't even show up in the real world.

    87 octane vs. 93 octane

I know you know your shit on the gen 2's but do you have track testing to support this? Again I'm not saying you'll gain horsepower with higher octane gas, I'm just saying that you won't actually lose any either unless it's a really lopsided case like I mentioned earlier. I like using a little...

My How TO: Wire up a VBoost On (stock functioning) and Fully open all the time switch

Re: My How TO: Wire up a VBoost On (stock functioning) and Fully open all the time sw Nicest guys around on here, just don't come here making obvious false claims because there are quite a few of us that have spent the time and the money in the search for more horsepower and lower et's and it's...
