The ECU is easy to get out, didn't even unplug the battery on mine. I bought the race ECU from Yamaha (Stadium) and paid about $600. Tim was still working on the re-flash when I purchased, still not sure I would go his way only cause Yamaha did tune the race ECU good enough for me. No more rev...

Expect delivery in about 2 weeks, I'm in the USA accessory is coming from Yamaha Europe. Will post before and after photo's. No vids, hard to ride running next to the bike.

I just bought the Front and rear spring lowering kit from Yamaha. Should lower the bike one inch. Not expecting any issue with the feel as being more heavy.
