My understanding is if he does a notched and offset swingarm you can get a 180/190 tire, even some 200's moving the washer. The standard extension is worth it to me even staying with my sticky 170 tire simply to keep the front end down and the ability to stay on the power.

haven had to mess with the one on the max, but have done a few on other bikes. Its not a hard job really. But you are correct that getting the flywheel off is probably the hardest part of the job for some. Good luck at the dealer, and I hope they treat you fair on parts and labor. Regards, R

Well they wont give you much for a trade in with a bad motor. While parting it out would require a lot of effort, it would also give you the highest payback. Maybe a good used motor is the answer. Sorry to hear you bike is broken. Regards, R

The Hindle/HoleShot allows you to retain the center stand full time as well. I myself choose to take it off and just put it back on for service. I dont care for the look of it on the left side of the bike without a pipe to cover it. Like most guys here have already said...4/1 little more top...

Let the swing arrm hang down so as to match the angle of the u-joint. Then slide drive shaft up and in...give a little turn to promote engagement. Should go right together :)
