Here are a couple of pictures from this weekend on the Ontario VMax 507 ride. Had my HD camera on the bike as well, but need to edit the videos to less than 15 minutes in length and post them on Youtube.

Good video. Was it taken at when you, Bob and a few others headed west?

Blaine

Yep, it was. Unfortunately I have to find a way to edit the video taken on the 507 when Cory and I took off. It is 8 minutes too long for Youtube so I will have to try to split it into two videos somehow.

You are correct Mike, that is a 2010 owned by a VMOA member from Ontario. The really good video is 8 minutes too long for Youtube so I need to find some software to edit it. Want to make it two 11.5 minute videos. I also need to figure out how to embed the videos here. Ride was great, scenery was incredible, and always love fast riding on twisty roads. In the long video Cory, another VMaxxer from Ontario, and I take off from the group and move along pretty good.

this is really simple.

when you're creating a post, click the "insert link" button
click the insert link button.JPG

paste in the URL to your youtube vid. posting the http://youtu.be/7RA_4YYS9uU URL isn't enough to create an embedded vid. you need to post the URL that resolves up in the browser's URL toolbar.
url.JPGpaste your link and click ok.JPG

click the Preview button and make sure things are what they seem
click the Preview button for giggles.JPGpreview.jpg

click the Submit button

I'm working on the software to store all the pics and vids on the forum server rather than links to other places. This will prevent losing stuff when the link goes down.

Very cool!! I really don't want to break the 507 video up. Those who say you can't turn a Vmax need to see some of the lean angles Cory and I hit at high speeds through the corners.
