I think it's a photoshop to, but not by alot.
My old boss used to tell me about his two English Mastiffs that both wieghed over 240lbs. I thought he was full of crap till I was over at his house drinking beer and saw them when he put them on an industrial scale out in his barn.
They were not overwieght either.

I just went online to the guiness book of world records.
It says the biggest dog is a 315lb english mastiff.
Either way that's alot of dog.
