New guy, probably old question.
2004 max, all stock except supertrapp slip-ons.
Carbs rebuilt, valves adjusted a few months ago.
Anyways, I noticed when running down the road at low rpm if I gas it, it cuts out till the rpms come up.
Don't have any idle, or starting issues, but have also noticed it sounds quiter at times.
When running good it sounds loud, and when not it sounds like the jetsons space ship (best way to describe).
I took air cleaner assembly off, and checked all the boots, replace fuel filter, plugs, ran sea foam , and it got better , but still cuts out at low rpms & full throttle.

I posted this is the wrong section, cause I thought it was electrical . I did however learn the search function, and figured how to check.
Couldn't find anything with the electrical, but I did fix it when I removed all the plates on the exhaust.
Runs like it should, and in fact I found the clutch to be weak with all the new power. Loud, but runs good!
