I thought I was going crazy...couldn't find the screw...so I checked Naughty G's strip down pdf...there it was...where it should be...so I relooked at my carbies......just a solid brass slug.....??????????
WTF ??? I have no pilot mixture screw....

Doh...just found answer on Outlaw site...plug covers screw...remove carefully....

Ok....it sounds like an unmolested carb. It was government mandated...to prevent people from messing with the A/F screw, there is a brass plug in there. It has to be drilled out.
