I had the 1992 on the DYNO, stock, airbox, carbs and pipes. Got 116 H.P. Sold the bike to my cousin, he got a used Hindle, had PCW jet the bike, install the hindle, thet ran it on the DYNo again and then got 119.6 with 83 Foot Pounds of Torque. What is the normal increase with a pipe and jets in H.P. and torque on average?

Not 100% but I would think you would get no less than 10% out of a full system and proper jetting. It should probably be more like 12-15%.
I know I would be disappointed if I spent close to a grand on a new full system and jet kit and only got 3.6 HP.

it depends on a lot of variables. The air fuel mixture is big. Plus all pipes are differnt, if they are more restrictuve it would jurt HP, more flow would be good for HP.

He`s losing some power somewhere. I had standard downpipes with Devil slash cuts and a Dynojet stage 1 all fitted by myself and made 121bhp.
