I was recently given a set of carbs from a Vmax buddy who decided to forgo a project he was working on (long story). I've been having issues with my current carbs so this was greatly appreciated. In any event, I will not be getting around to installing them for at least another 4 months or so and was wondering what would be the best way to store them (i.e., try and get all the gas out and leave them dry, prime with some seafoam, do nothing, etc.). I currently just have them wrapped in a plastic bag. I know I may be over thinking this but they ran great just a few weeks ago and would hate to have anything happen to them in the meantime.

Thanks for the help!

Thanks Conman - pretty intense...

By the way, I own 2 Maxims and there isn't a screw or bolt I haven't touch on either of them. My Vmax, on the hand, is a lot more intimidating and complex for me but I hope to get over that soon. Vive la Difference!
