After the needle broke off on my old speedo, decided to try this cheap chinese made one. Actually was pretty simple to install. Just had a small bracket to attach the speedo to and then mount on the existing holes. Mechanical version so cable screws in. I already had a shift and rpm gauge so just spliced a wire so the tach works. Not using the other functions at this time. Slight gap between the speedo and headlight but my windscreen covers it up. Its tilted a little to flat, but I will deal with that later.
For $45, it all worked out well enough. Bought on ebay from something called Moto Speedometer and Tach.
