The front fork is not so heavy, 5.0kg per each.
I left steel pipes (guiding springs) out and saved 0.5kg.

Did a simple level adjusting, stock, -50mm, -60mm and
-70mm positions for the snap ring.

In the picture the front end is stock -80mm.

A simplyfied rear suspension 4.8kg -> 0.3kg

Do you have another one of these for sale and would you be willing to sell one. I would love to have one but not as low as yours. The same height as if it were lowered 2ins.

Did measure stock injectors,
they are 440cc/min at 3bar

Bought:
gsxr 830cc/min injectors for E85
Walbro GSS342 fuel pump 255LPH
Volkswagen 1.2 - 1.6 Amplified ignition coils

Firing order seems to be 1-3-2-4, but what are the cyl locations?

If like a gen 1 you start counting left to right and rear to front. So:

1 - left rear
2 - left front
3 - right rear
4 - right front

Thanks guys!

Wasted a day by designing and machining pieces for a front motor mount.
Still some finishing is needed and TIG welding of cource.
The 15mm aluminum mounting will be 3½ kg lighter than the stock iron one.

Awesome! First person ever to remove 7+ pounds by changing 1 motorcycle engine mount! LOL

You beat me to it . :clapping: Nice job.

Thanks!

Got a pile of black nylon allen srews from UK and
ordered carbon fibre parts around a front light, -fender, -muffler, etc. from Taiwan.
A lead time for carbon parts ia a month.

By now I haven't had time to build mechanical butterflies,
has somebody done it?

I hope this turns out right. Wish he had chaindrive, would like to see what the old girl could do with that setup
