Been putting a few miles on it between snow storms and blizzards...80 deg 1 day - blizzard the next...anyway a friends shop was having a bike dyno day so I took it over to see what it would do. It pulled 110 hp and 70 tq. I am happy as I think it is all stock but with a stage 7 jet kit and the V-Boost is removed. I am still getting my seat time in before I start hammering on it real hard - it is definitely fun to ride and everybody notices it.

Stage 7 with stock exhaust? You will see a better increase with aftermarket pipes and a stage 7 jet kit.

If fact you might see more HP without the Stage 7 kit, if you retain stock exhaust.

But good numbers and right where a stock bike should be.

Congrats! Now let the HP bug bite you!

It has a 4 in to 1 header on it and I am guessing a home made muffler on it as I rebuilt it and to my surprise the inside looked to be a Harley muffler that was cut down and put in the end...the "baffle" was solid 3" dia. on the outside - polished even - and the inside was just a rugluar looking muffler. NOT what I thought it should/would be. I am going to make a different baffle as choking the bike down to just passing thru that I think is hurting it. I should of dropped the muffler and made a pull with the open header.

And it has 20,000 miles on it.

This is what I replaced...already have plans to fix it. It is a 3.5 case with a 2.5 inlet. I think I will use a baffle like what is in a Supertrapp but keep the end I have.

Asylum cycles in GI has a in house and a mobile dyno. The highest I seen was 155 hp out of a Metric bike - dont know what it was though-didn't see it.

Nice Olds in the back ground. Is that a 68. B&M mini blower?

The Cutlass is a 68 Convertible and the blower is a Eaton off a 2003 Cobra. I machine the intake and made base for the supercharger. It has a FAST EFI on a mainly stock Olds 350 (stock bottom end with smog heads to kill the compression - added a cam). It is around 375 at the wheels. Not bad for what it is.

sweet car dude....I got a couple 68 but best for parts now been sitting for long time.

that is a different looking muffler.....
