engine cover bolts

Does anyone know what size the bolts are for the engine covers? I want to replace the black ones with silver or chrome as an accent. Also will I have to replace the gaskets if I just replace the bolts one at a time and dont break the seal? Thanks in advance for any help

i think they're all sorts of sizes but if u look at like ron ayers or something u can see the part nubmers and get the diameter and length of the bolts...

i think u'd be fine doing one at a time. torque them to spec. and go criss cross.

This might be overkill for you, but you can get a full set of replacement SS fasteners for everything on the Vmax for $50 from fleabay: Item # 380161169775
