What is best way to ascertain if V Boost operating as it should ?.....Apart from giving it the throttle, makes the right noises when ignition turned on etc

Take it over 6500rpm
It can cycle through all the motions and if you do not have the final cable (1 inch) from the bottom of the black box to the venturis (butterflies) it will not open.
