As long as it's level when you check it you will be fine.
If the rear is lowered and it has Progressive Fork Springs (probably lowered as well) I'd guess it is almost the same geometry as stock.
As for the center stand, I only put mine on to work on my Max.
I check my oil all the time just by standing it up level by hand.
