I'm getting ready to do this maintenance, and recommendations and the brand of oils to use ?

I like Valvoline, fully synthetic gear lube, 85w-140 in the pumpkin. In the forks, there are tons of choices. I use Mercon 5 synthetic, ATF in my forks. 8-11w viscosity, with a lot of good additives and properties. Any good hydraulic oil shoud work ok. Sikcoline synthetic, hydraulic oil, is popular.
5 to 15w or higher, depending on what you have done to your internals and want your suspension to do.

I like tractor hydraulic fluid for my forks. SAE 10, been using it in many bikes over the years with great results. Rotella T 15w40 dino oil for my bikes.

I use Lucas synthetic 75-90 gear lube in the differential of all my shaft bikes. Used the Dexron V I in the forks.
