After the adjustment, if you still have complaints about your handling, especially at low speeds, I highly recommend frame braces.

The engine can give out a major amount of torque (as I imagine you have found out) and the frame was built to give in and flex a little to absorb the torque without bending the frame (also hence the 'V Max wobble')

I have frame braces on my bike to get rid of this and have no issues low speed turning etc. as a result. Next would also be, as previously mentioned, to upgrade to wheels that support radials.
