Cruising around Youtube the other day and I found this clip.
This is quite old and features Murray Walker former F1 commentator but is pretty interesting viewing.
Some of the demonstrations would have me changing my underpants lol

And he is video'd on a BEAUTIFUL 1978 Yamaha XS1100, I might ad. (though he should have had rearview mirrors on it.) I had a 79.

The halogen headlights were a new technology back then, and I had a couple incidents with locals that insisted I had it adjusted too high. One incident turned quite ....bloody. His buddies confided later that he was sore for more than a week as his lips and nose healed up. His black eyes took longer. (Prick tried to push my bike over - with me on it)

You all that suffer the dreaded high speed weave just need to strap on some extra pounds................and obey the speed limits! lol
