I'd have to say Reshaping and adding some High density foam to my Stock seat. (see attached picture).
I used this guide and it only took a few hours and cost almost nothing:

It makes riding any real distance so much more comforatable.
My second best mod was installing Progressive Fork Springs.

Best mod would have to be installing HID headlight, I can now see at night. Second best would be CBR tail light mod for looks and style it is awesome.

I dont like riding at night, but I can say the ZX's headlights are awesome, then kick on the high beams and its like helicopter spot light.

I think it would be my passenger she turns on & off easily & does things the Max could never do & she is easily removable when I don't want the mod.:biglaugh:

Best mod, too many to choose from so I am going to say all of them as they each enhanced the performance or look of the bike.
Sketchy i might need help with some custom bar ends for the B King. Well if Todd dont have time to come up with something Its great knowing that you guys all of you guys that take such great care of all of our bike needs are there for all of us.
