Does anyone know how many generation 2 Vmaxes have been produced for the US? How many worldwide?

I think the average breakdown is around 2500 gen 1's a year. And I don't really know ,but I know the poor sales of the Gen 2 have limited it very much, I am not even sure if they produce 2000 a year as a max for a year, but maybe some of the Gen 2 guys might know better.
It would be interesting to get hard information on production numbers.
