Yeah I know, Fall is here and folks are still trying to do some riding, but bike show season is coming up fast. The first show that the VMOA in Ontario is involved in is the Toronto Supershow in January. Attached is a flyer for the show (note that the bike in the center is a Gen 2 Vmax:punk:

Looking forward to meeting and getting to know some of the gents from the club. I'll be there on Sunday working the Kitchener CVMG booth. I believe were in the same hall?

Not sure what hall we are in yet. Hopefully they will send out that information this week so I can pass it on to the rest of the guys exhibiting their Max's. We have a pretty big booth, 20x40, and will have a huge Yamaha banner hanging up along with our VMOA banner.

The VMOA booth will once again be in Hall 1 this year. Hoping, yeah its a bit late for hope but ya know, for us to have 8 Vmax's again this year. By all means if you are in the GTA Jan 6-8th stop in at the International Center and say hi!!!!!

Will post some up tonight!!! On another note it was great to meet up with a couple of the guys from the forum too!!! Wish I would have had more time to chat, but it seems like our booth is quite popular and we are constantly chatting with multiple people. Hope to meet up with more folks over the summer!!!

Nice pics of the show Jim. Toxic is looking good ... a little different from what I remember from Thunder ? Has that Mod Monkey's been sneaking into your place again?

Couple of questions: 1) who's bike is that in pic# 9 with the awsome chrome wheels ? :punk: A VERY nice looking bike ! What's the make of those wheels ?

2) Is that Trevor's bike in pic #10 ? Believe it is... looks fantastic. Does that bike ever get dusty ? :rofl_200:

That's Brad's 85 with Carrozzerias.

Always getting the sweeties on your bike eh Jim!!

Nice pics :eusa_dance:

That's Brad's bike, and those are Carrozzeria wheels. Yep, that Trevor's and nope it doesn't get dusty.

The Mod Monkey requested new paint this year so went with a black metallic gold. Looks amazing!!!!!!

I will be coming down to the show today (Saturday). Cant wait to check out the VMOA booth!!:biglaugh: Hope to chat it up and see some nice bikes. Bringing my son with me too, I'll have to get him a bike when he's older.

I was there Friday saying hi to some of the guys and curing those winter riding blues.. (For us Northerners anyway..) What an interesting thing it must be to be able to ride 12 months of the year.. Everyday is a Show when you live in the south I'm guessing!!
Enjoy the show and safe riding!!
I even ran into a fellow Maxxer while I was in the main Hall checking out the new Max!! It sucked that the Yami Dealer didn't want anyone sitting on her..
Also saw a Kawi zx14.. Ask the guy behind the rope to open his hard luggage bag, where they store the Nitrous Bottle!! LOL!!

Who is riding to the show ??? Sure wasn't me! I'm two hours north of Toronto, to damn cold for me! lol

However I liked the show for the most part. To be honest , was somewhat let down by the Vmax booth. I might have just expected to see more. But I really liked the green and black Max. I just painted my swing arm silver and now after seeing the couple of bikes at the show. I think I'll swap it too black. I liked the look better.

My son ( who is 3 ) liked the black and chrome better. lol

All in all, it was a good day. Topped it off with dinner at Hooters :eusa_dance:

Normally there would have been more bikes in the booth, but with me out of the country and not really being able to set it up like I have in past years they were short. Hopefully I will be there for the Spring show and we will have a pretty good setup.

David,

Where can I get a schedule for the riding classes you instruct in Watertown?

I only teach the basis MSF Classes and Dirt Bike and ATV Classes here in Watertown. I teach the Advanced riding Clinics all over the Country (When I have time off from work) I will be in Toronto For ALL the classes again in 2013. You can see that schedule here http://www.sharpridermotorcycletraining.com/

I hope that when I am up there this year, I will have a couple extra days to also do some riding etc. and hopefully meet with some of the members etc.
