fork oil change

I want to change the fork oil in my 2000 max but there is no drain plug and the air valve is under the cap so, I`m wondering if anyone can explain the process to me and just how much oil is supposed to go back in them.:ummm:

Haven't done it myself but do a search or look under suspension
and there should be tons of info.

Disassemble forks and clean everything out. the Paul Sayegh video also walks you through this..
