    Anyone ever repack a holeshot exhaust?

    I've disassembled MANY mufflers... drilled all rivets out and CAN NOT get either end cap off.

    Repack exhaust?

    My Kerker 4 into 1 sounds awesome. But it has a rattle mostly when the engine decelerates. So I'm looking for what it is I'll need to repack the muffler. Anyone know what system I have or a good place to order a repack kit? Thanks! Would this work for me...

    Anyone ever repack their aftermarket muffler?

    So yesterday I decided to take apart my Kerker. Don't ask why, I was curious to see whats inside. I took the baffle out and the thing was empty. All I had in my hand was a metal screen attached to the tip. The thing had no packing in it. Its loud, but not obnoxious. But I wouldn't mind toning it...

    Muffler repack

    For those of you with aftermarket muffler cans. I dissassembled my rather loud UFO cans while cleaning and polishing everything to check on the packing since it seemed like the bike was a lot louder than it used to be. There were a couple of scraps of steel wool looking material left...

    Baffle repack

    (I think) I'd like to repack this standard Kerker baffle (for use on trips when I don't need my ears bleeding). I've poked around on the Kerker site, but didn't see any kits to purchase. Can you guys recommend some material(s) to purchase and repack with? Goal would be to return the baffle...
