Best Replacement for discontinued NGK SB05F spark plug caps?

The popular replacement to the OEM spark plug boots has been NGK SB05F, but unfortunately they've been discontinued are are no longer available. Does anyone have experience with alternatives that have worked well for them?

Thanks for the response Cap'n. I've seen these on ebay/Amazon, but I'm curious whether they're reliable. Do you have any experience with them?
