You might benefit from a bigger rear sprocket. My torque converter belt slipped with a 53 tooth sprocket. I run a 66 now and achieve a higher top speed, plus better acceleration. I have a Monster Moto 212 with a stage 2 Predator 212, runs to 7,000 rpm; over 50 mph.

This is a multiple winter project. A 1948 MG TC, that my Dad bought and tore apart in 1975. . Should look something like this when done.

It took another 50 ml to get the correct oil level. I thought it might take more than that. Finished the job and took it out for a short ride; no problems.

I replaced the seals and refilled the oil. I put in 620ml of oil, but I am over 6 inches from the top of the tube to the oil, with the fork bottomed out. I followed Sean's Youtube video, so I don't think it is assembled wrong. The manual says 4.84 inches from oil to top of tube. Any Ideas?

Flip the seat forward like you are filling the gas tank. Look under the passenger seat pad. To flip the seat forward there are two latches, between the grab rails and rear fender, about two inches rear of the shocks on each side, that need to be pulled down to release.

I ordered a helicoil kit after posting.

I replaced the o-ring in the drain cock assembly, stripped the 6mm bolt hole in the thermostat housing. Any suggestions; tap deeper and use a longer bolt or go to a bigger bolt?

I got a Digi-sync, easy to use, no fluids. Yes it is pricey. I got a discount by being on this forum. Don't know if Bon still offers the discount to forum members anymore.

This write up was very helpful. The only thing I need now is the o-ring for the drain valve, it started leaking after I turned it to drain. Might add that to the parts list above the write up.

Power Motorsports told me they will not work on anything over 20 years old. I wanted them to do a carb sync on my 95, they would not. I bought a digi sync and do that myself now.

Jessi rode the Gambler 100 mini bike enduro in Oregon last year. She completed the event by herself. A friend and his boys got pictures with her. I never saw her there, I would've liked a pic with her.

Got up to 42mpg before I added a wind screen and saddle bags; 38mpg after. Lowest mpg on a tank for me is 30. More shift light, less mileage.

Bought an ebay shiftlight, didn't like it. Bought a Raptor, money well spent. You get, what you pay for.
