Has this issue been resolved, I am still having an almost identical issue as described, although not very often...
Pull in the clutch while costing and it dies ...
!!!! How did you find the exaust leak? I ordered all new exaust gaskets, waiting to install at the same time as my valve check . I got all of them oem, plus silicone for the joints of the ufo exaust. .... was your leak near the motor? Where was it exactly ?
We have the same problem, and I haven't found an answer. I have ufo pipes, and air box mod.
Do you have any backfire?

St slow cruise speeds do you feel like all the sudden the bike takes off when you wish it is more gradual ?
Mine happend after the clutch, and I figured it could be 2 things:
1 the basket has pitting and is not letting the frictions separate ( the old ones edges were worn, hence no problem, only with new fresh edges that meet the basket) .
2 the stack was out of speck not measured properly and is...
I had a similar issue when I changed the clutch. Just to try somthing, if you pull the clutch leaver sensor off it should run, but it will idle strange. I did this, and my bike ran, but did not solve the problem. I put in the old clutch till I could find more answers. I know this isn't so...

Just that in turns i have to be careful, the throttle will give it power at 5he slightest movement. Also it is not smooth throttle, like clean when you turn it slowly. When I open it, bo problem there, just when trying to ride moderately/ cruising
Yah.... same story. Nash flash , ufo 4,2... and airbox.....
I have a dead spot/ a little stumble.... aswell I can feel it changing from one map to the other at about 20% throttle.
Someone save meeeeee !!!!! Its my only unanswered question :)
