Thanks RaWarrior, I didn't think about the wiring grommets being above the oil level, in fact it doesn't leak when sitting. I did put rtv round the grommets, but must need more, unless my cover is warped. I will check that too. Thanks for all replies.

Update. I got the #4 cylinder running, and low and behold, the Carbtune showed some action on #3 cylinder. I adjusted sync screws from that point and got them balanced. They were way out of sync. I still have a ways to go with this bike, but I feel much better about it now. Thanks for the help.

Has it had some down time? Try a can of Seafoam in your gas. Carb sync could easily be the issue too. You'll be happy with the Carbtune, very user friendly.

I did a reverse bleed, and it is better, back to how it used to be. There is some play in the lever before it engages, which is much better than none. Thanks.

Thanks Sean, I have bled it, but I have not tried reverse bleeding which sounds like it works better. I don't know if it had the DD mod by PO, but it sure has an on/off and no inbetween feel to it.

Is it a symptom of anything wearing out when the clutch engagement is as soon as the clutch lever is off the handlebar? I would prefer to have a little play before it engages, but there is none. Thanks.

If you installed it and liked it, I would probably sell it. You would have to see it though, its not perfect, some scrapes on the bottom. I have a Marks system now and I am sure I won't go back to stock.
