hello, so just bought a gen 2, it came with a voodoo exhaust but I don’t like the look of it. Will the stock muffler will fit in the voodoo midpipe? I just want to know before I take it off. Thank you for any input.

I was riding the other day and suddenly bike turn off when I slow down and it wouldn’t start up without choke, and as soon I turn off the choke it will turn off. I just replace a Uni air filter, I don’t know if that is the problem, thanks for any input.

Hello, I think I overfill oil, when the bike is straight up, the oil is over the line on the glass, what should I do now, and there is oil leaking on top of the left crankcase when bike is idling, is it because I overfill it ? Thanks for any input. The oil leak is in the middle part.

does anyone here can come over and change the valve cover gasket and bike check up for my 1986 Vmax in Baltimore Maryland, I’m willing to pay if you can quote me in advance, I tried to change the valve cover gasket but I just couldn’t do it, old gasket comeout, couldn’t pull the valve cover off...

same, looking for a mechanic in MD can come to my house and replace valve cover gasket.

Hello, so I already order an Uni air filter on my 86 vmax since they look cool. I wonder does anybody have experience with them, are they good? Do I need to adjust anything ?

do you guys know anyone in Maryland can do the valve cover gasket change for me. I can pay to do so, it seem a lot of work and I doubt I can do it.

just an Update, I replace 4 sparks plug and it run like new again, old sparks plug look rusted and black, the idling and lose power is resolve, now just the valve cover gasket and crab syncing. This is fun, I own couple bike before but this is my first time actually care for the bike and fix...

yes sir, I will make sure to read everything before I did anything, talk about front forks, yes front forks feel a little stiff for me, I try to sit on it and push it down hard but it only go down a tiny bit, well I will keep it update, I will upload pictures of closer look of the bike tomorrow...

that messed up, I only have one cable, I don’t know if that make the bike weak, my Dad he used to have a 07 Vmax back when I’m in Vietnam, it fast as hell, explain why I fall in love with this bike. I’m pretty sure the last owner abuse and ride the hell out of it, I can tell by the way he test...
