    Manual VBoost

Hey John, sorry for the late reply, I haven't been on this forum much lately. Happy to hear that you like the conversion. It is a fun mod and it doesn't hurt that it's low tech, simple and easily reversible.

    Time to say goodbye

Nothing wrong with a Can Am at all. I almost bought one last year. Wife was thinking of selling her bike and going back to being a passenger, so the Can Am was a good choice for us for long distance riding. In the end, she decided to keep riding her bike, so I didn't get the Can Am...

    Hell's angels

If you don't plan on being in the club, than don't go for the ride. You and wife have been invited because they see something that they want and am sure it's not you. You don't get invited into their world as an outsider, unless you have value to them.

    Auto clutch

I have one installed on my wife's Yamaha Radian. It is made by EFM Autoclutch - http://efmautoclutch.com/ The unit has approx. 24,000 miles on it and we had zero issues with it. Mike

    Vmax Bobber

Not much effort to make it into a bobber and it shows in the poor look of the bike.

    suggestions for windscreen

I have tried a few windshields over the years and currently have a Memphis Shade Hellcat for colder temps and long distance riding and have a MRA Speed windscreen for daily riding. The MRA shield is on the bike 90% of the time and does a good job keeping the wind of your chest and head. Mike

    Canadian bad news

You (we) are not part of the problem. As consumers, we create trends based on current day circumstances. The emerging trend is e-commerce primarily due for the convenience that it offers a population that has become too busy to go shopping in large stores/malls. E-commerce has been ten...

    Canadian bad news

Retail is a vicious business that changes quickly and unfortunately Sears has not kept up with the times. The Sears store here in Sudbury has looks pretty much the same today as it did 40 years ago. Mike

Looking for feedback on a 2008 Suzuki Bandit 1250s

Been considering buying a sport touring bike lately. I will still keep my Vmax, but my old bones are telling me that I need something more comfy for long rides. Been looking mostly at used FJR1300, but have not found one yet. I came across a 2008 Suzuki Bandit 1250s that is factory equipped...
