Glad I read this thread. After installing the HMF exhaust on my 05 I noticed that the exhaust note was different between the left and right cans, I was ready to take it back to my tuner thinking something was wrong. -Allen

I picked up a 56K mile 93 Mustang LX coupe to compliment my 89 25th anniversary coupe this weekend. The 93 is extremely clean, even has the original paint. The shortblock is stock with GT-40 heads and intake topped off with a Procharger. The original owner (I'm the 3rd) had already converted...

It took my tuner more than 2 weeks because of the rain we have had in Texas but I finally got it back. My Max has 1695 miles and the only mod is the HMF exhaust. It put down 116.9 un-corrected to the rear tire on very crappy air. I'm going to get it re-dyno'd in the fall with SAE corrected...

After spending about 2 hours today (I'm worse than my wife) at the local bike shop looking at a large selection of jackets I decided to go with the Cortech FSX. With the zip out lining it should work for me in the summer and winter. Thanks for all the help. -Allen

Thanks for the recommendation everyone. I like 4gasem's idea of using 2 jackets and i think that is what I am going to do. I will probably get the Fieldsheer jacket for cold days and I really like jgotko's jacket, will probably get it for the warmer days. Thanks again, -Allen

Funny, I was the same way. I have wanted one since they came out in 85 and finally broke down and bought one of the 20th Anniversary Editions. I swore that I wasn't going to modify it and managed not to for 2 and a half years, but I finnaly did and put an HMF exhaust with carbon fiber cans on...

I just found this site last week and thought I would toss in my .02. I just installed the HMF headers with Carbonfiber cans on Sunday and I will say the exhaust note is probably one of the best I have ever heard.
