Hello couple of years ago I had issue with my pick up coil. It would misfire when it got hot. Had a hard time chasing the problem down. the misfiring was hard on the drivetrain as it would load and unload the drivetrain quickly I notice now that the driveline has quite a bit of lash...

I chased a misfire issue for a long time changed a lot of parts and tore down the carbs before determining it was the pick up coil when it got hot it caused all kinds of issues

upon very close inspection the brown wire at the back of the gauge was broken....it was very difficult to see removed terminal connector re soldered and she is working again thanks Gents appreciate the guidance
