Thought this was Google's new bike

Just saw this, sooo true. Had an accident in Jan on way to work, people immediately asked me, when I returned to work or assumed, I wouldn't ride again. I asked, "why not"...well you just wrecked, it's not safe. Then I got my Vmax, "why did you get a new bike?!?! you just wrecked."...

I'm a nube here but have you check your tank & fuel filter for rust build up? I was having some stumbling much worse than yours and when I pulled the fuel filter it was filled with rust and the tank had been left half full at best by the PO. Cleaned and sealed it and seems to be running fine now.

Bikes running good, couple short jaunts to work and a friends, one trip up to Mt Baldy and back. Still some "chuffing" from the front right carb. Need to get synced but happy to be riding.

Ok, long time overdue. Gave up on AF screw, stuck good. good news is bike is finally running. Took forever to get the time to finish what I started. Fuel tank was rusted, sealed it, then had no spark or fuel, not sure which it ended up being but picked up a new battery, thanks for the...

Update, replaced battery, blew into vent seems fine, primed fuel lines (blew into it and quickly re-attached the lines before fuel came out), starts, runs, short trip around the neighborhood last night. hoping to ride this week after I go back over it tonight, double checking my work...

Anyone planning a ride anytime soon? Hells kitchen etc...?

Good points, I will check the vent. I ran a pipe cleaner through it but didn't blow into it. I will try that and taking the gas cap off to start.

Thanks gents, hope to get this resolved this weekend and back to riding. HATE driving daily, just bums me out watching all the bikers pass me on my commute to work.

Believe this to be real, heard the interview this am or yesterday, they all run together. Started with a current 450, had to drop to an older 250 two stroke for weight and ease of repair due to drowning the bike. The paddle and multiple skis he said made it possible, think they were out here...
