Gen 2 - 41mm hex key for removing wheel bearing on rear wheel

Same as the boys above. I simply welded a "T" handle on the one side of a 41mm Hex Nut. Works a treat, and has good solid contact with the nut. That's a $65. nut, so you don't want to stuff it up LOL

17" rear wheel options? FJR wheels?

VmaxIslandKai, I have been TIG welding (and other welding) for over 30+ years. Always loved making cool custom stuff. The stuff I currently do is only for the Gen 2 Max. I use the centre from a factory 18" wheel, and the outside is from an R1 wheel. It's a lot of bits to get together, then CNC...

17" rear wheel options? FJR wheels?

Fixing to make 4-5 of these, if anyone is interested. Also going to make matching VR-1 front wheels(no welding) so you can go full 17" if you desire. Fit Gen 2 only.

17" rear wheel options? FJR wheels?

I do manufacture a custom VR-1 17 x 6" rear wheel for the V-Max. It is a V-Max original hub centre from a stock wheel, machined down and mated to the rim and spokes of a 17 x 6" Yamaha R1 wheel. It aint cheap, but professionally built, fully balanced, freshly powder coated and shipped worldwide...

    Dynojet quickshifter

If you have a quickshifter and it quits working, you will know it right away. Mostly, it simply won't shift. No harm done, just frustrating. The HealTech sensor is extremely reliable, and I have yet to have one fail in 4-5 years use. The app will of course tell you if you have an issue, but...

    Dynojet quickshifter

Every time you squeeze the sensor on a HealTech quickshifter you get a timed ignition kill. In certain mounting conditions, you will end up squeezing the sensor whether you are up or down shifting. Mounting the sensor on the shift lever retaining bolt will yield such effect. Mounting it "inline"...

    Dynojet quickshifter

Go here and put in your bike details. The product advisor will tell you which harness is required with your module..... It is complete, and it's that easy. Go to itunes or Google Play store and download the app for free - just to see all the features...

It can also be mounted on the bolt on the linkage and provide both up and down shifts.

    REAR ROTORS for your GenII

I've been making these for a few years now. These are headed to Europe :) These are the 3mm version, laser cut from 3CR12 (low grade stainless). They only weigh a bit over a pound LOL. Strictly for racing though. For street use I make the same in 5mm, and have put over 10,000 kilometres on my...

    WANTED - Gen2 Rear wheel

Thanks mate. Send me a price via PM. Shipping is where it really adds up, and although it would be painful to hacksaw the center out, it will save on shipping. I cried a little to cut the center out of mine, but got over it quickly once the finished product came together LOL
