My pilot jets are 37.5 all the way around. As for my main jets all I can see on it is 9A. Not sure if that's a size rating. Also the richness got better when I installed a kit from Sean. I belive the gasket under the jet holder was leaking by. As for the spark plugs. I've been getting the cheap...

I have an ultrasonic parts cleaner and I've already bought seans kit. I've stripped every bolt off of this carb so you can't tell me I don't want to lift a finger or I don't want to learn how to fix my problem.

Your advice has been the least helpful. "just do what the other guys are saying." Don't talk to all high and mighty when you don't contribute anything.

Well with all these guys saying that I don't want to lift a finger and do anything is showing me that there's a side to this vmax community I'd rather not be apart of. Those more experienced guys are offering me a lot of help and being very generous and I appreciate that. I don't need someone to...

I've looked through this forum for anything about a fixing a rich carb and I cant find anything talking about it. These carb obviously operate differently from most carbs. the jets aren't screwed in and out to adjust for that apparently.

So everyone is aware I'm not asking 500 for my bike. My bike runs just not well. it is running rich and has been since I got the thing. I've had the carbs in and out about 50 times. and i'm tired of pulling them out for nothing. Ive spent enough money on this thing with no improvement. I don't...

I'm not interested in getting new jets. I'm fine with the stock ones. I did go back and re-sync the carbs and everything did sync up real nicely so that isnt a problem any more.

Everything is stock on the bike. I was looking at the needle and it had a small washer and what looked like a plastic spacer. does anyone know if both of these are stock for the needle?

I'm talking about the jet inside holder with the rubber plug you have to remove to get to the jet. Not the a/f screw.

So I'm looking at my pilot jet and 3 of the 4 were falling out. Only one was screwed in and it was all the way down. Is there some way to prevent it from backing out. And what's the stock number of turns for the pilot jet?

My plugs need changing after about 10 miles. They are completely black and need changing, They no longer let the bike startup. There is too much gas going through the carbs. Im trying to find the pilot jet to regulate the gas going through. I don't know where it is in the carb, Does anyone else...

Yes I fixed those problems. turned out the shaft for the water pump was leaking into the oil. I took it to a shop to fix. I've changed the plugs in it and synced all carbs but one. I am not able to get front left to move at all. the other 3 cars are synced up. That one cylinder is also showing...

I understand jetting on normal carbs. these are anything but normal though. I can't find any information on where the pilot jet would be. I only ever see any mention to an air pilot jet never a fuel pilot. I know if I could adjust the that I dial back how much fuel it's getting.
