It had close to 4K on it when dynoed. The only mod on it right now is the velocity stacks so it may have been running a bit lean in the top end as well. But they didnt have an O2 hooked up to it so I don't know.
I just put the rev extender on when I got back. We were actually there visiting...
Holy shit...that was me! :biglaugh:
They ran the bike in 5th gear . It hit the stock rev limiter at @ 137. Thats why the HP numbers were so low.
I was a little miffed by that too until I saw the dyno sheet. The HP was shooting up until about 7K then there is a sudden drop off.
I did some searching for the gen 1 exhaust. About 1K is the going average. I am used to buying exhaust for the inline 4s..maybe that's why it seems kinda expensive to me.

Is it me or is the price for a FI module and that pipe a little HIGH? 1500.00 :ummm:
No matter how hot a chick is clinging to that B-King or how fast it goes, looking at that bike still makes me want to hurl my lunch. :barf::barf::barf::puke:
You know there is an issue when all your friends say they wouldn't be caught dead riding that thing.

This guy has been doing some impressive testing of the new beast.
I am guessing that he is testing a new exhaust system. He has mentioned it in his Blog that there was someone who wanted him to test a new exhaust system for them.
I am interested in seeing a dyno run with just the short runners only. Can give gen 2 owners the option of going with individual K+N and getting rid of the airbox.
8HP by taking the top of the airbox off is pretty impressive IMHO. Shouldnt be too much loss on the bottom end.
