I am good with that part but that was a good pic i have the wire in front of the battery they need to go behind. i have a few wires i have to figure out yet one or two black wires with eyelets which i guess are grounds and some wide single blade connectors one fron the battery to the starter...

it sad that the set up cost $2000+ out of reach for most people and why you can get a x pipe and find a custom set of cans for way less. the x pipe on mine with stock cans sounds good not loud but decent and i talked in detail with Mike the guy that makes the x pipe about recoring the stock cans...
i have the old tank but its been bent up a bit from the accident sad its an 06' 2k miles. i just got out bid on ebay for one in decent shape sold for $8.

the wheels are pm's they were on the palhegyi custom 09' i think i emailed pm about the wheels when i saw the max but they did not know anything about them probably one offs they are sweet!!!

i have oberon leds on my gen1 they are very bright but i did not hook up the front running lights now my gen2 i used leds front and back with running up front its only a $2 resistor that goes in line to make them work. the flasher needed changed for the leds also just plug and play custom...

contact Gary Mccoy at mondak motorsports he will give you a good deal on solid aluminum mounts he is in the vendor links. i dont feel any big difference in vibrations but they make the max feel firm no flexing.

as to your question about the carbs being seated they dont look like it they pop out hard and in the same. loosen all 4 clamps and put all you weight on them you may have to rock on them to get them down. you should not see any ribs on the carb outlet.
