    Clutch not fully disengaging

I put new levers on about 2 months ago and drove it a little but it didn't do it then. I don't remember how much I rode it after new levers but sure do like them. Thanks for that thread I am going to take the aftermarket adjustable lever off and try what you did and get some free play in...

    Clutch not fully disengaging

Weather was up to almost 60 today. So I took my 06 with 10k out for a spin. I did the DD clutch install probably a year or so ago. I get on bike feels fine at first then it starts to feel as if the clutch isn't disengaging. Feels as though I am riding around with the clutch half engaged...

    My experience with BRC

Thanks Danny! Got carbs back and just got done doing a sync. Too bad it is only 32F here right now, because I really want to take her for a good spin. Bike is running great and throttle response is definetly better. I probably will take it for a quick ride and just bundle up. Pilot screw...

    Suzuki Madura 1200

The Suzuki Madura was a cruiser motorcycle sold by Suzuki in 1985 and 1986. It was available with either 1200 cc or 700 cc V4 engines. It was created as a response to Honda's Magna V4 muscle cruiser and was a direct competitor with Yamaha's V-Max power cruiser, also released in 1985 I also...

Zl1000 Eliminator Vs V65 Vs Vmax Gen 1

Well said. I think I would be hard pressed to say any bike is ugly. I pretty much like them all but some need to grow on you. If they all looked the same it would be a boring world.

Zl1000 Eliminator Vs V65 Vs Vmax Gen 1

I love the KZ's. As a kid I remember them all over town with kerkers on tearing up the road. When I was 16 in '86 my dad allowed me ride his 750 ltd til I wrecked it And it was replaced by a 700 maxim X. Thus started my love for Yamaha and Kawasaki.

Zl1000 Eliminator Vs V65 Vs Vmax Gen 1

I like the sound of my ninja! I don't think it sounds like one but I do love those dale walkers. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xYN764mR7fw As far as fastest I don't really care much about that anymore. I like my bikes and like to ride each one. There will always be a newer and faster bike...

Zl1000 Eliminator Vs V65 Vs Vmax Gen 1

I have two zl900's, one Vmax, and a v45. It's been many years since I rode a V65. My one zl is stock and the other has exhaust/pods/timing advance and jetted. The vmax has super traps, cops, and clutch mod. But I will tell you this those two 900s will beat my Vmax in around 1/8 mile but then...

    new tire

Put shinko TM 230 all the way around on three of my bikes. Sticky tires every time I take them out leave tire marks down my driveway. I really like them and so what if they might not last as long cheap to replace. I have 170 on back of max looks better IMO than 150.

New insurance rates... you arent gonna believe this!!!

Live in MD between DC and Baltimore almost 43 years old. I have 5 bikes insured through GEICO with 250/500k no collision/comprehensive cost $506 a year. Registration is $97 for two years on each bike. I feel lucky now. Canada is insane with those rates.
