IMO I wouldn't start with 400 grit, but I like a more shiny appearance I did mine starting with 600 and went to 1500 wet then buffed with white compound and a wheel on my bench grinder also didn't clear mine I use mothers every few weeks or buff again with the wheel on my drill, air craft...

I thought the dates were perfect Kyle wouldn't change anything actually, had a blast can't wait to do it again, I think the longer you do this the crowd will grow, it's an awesome place to ride.

Had an absolute BLAST in Maggie Valley great fun seeing old friends and meeting new ones this is a DEFINATE must do for anyone who couldn't make it you have to come next year the riding was EPIC !!!!

Me and Tom are having a blast down here in Maggie Valley can't wait for the rest of you guys to get here, just sat around the campfire with the owner here and we broached the subject of a smoke show and his response was raise hell outside not inside so i'm thinkin we're gonna be ok here LOL

Got this from the Venture forum not sure if this will help it's neither duct tape or WD 40 but ... A lot of Ventures have this problem and there was a guy on that forum making a tool that was basically a threaded cap with a zerk fitting to allow you to unscrew your speedo cable and screw this...

DJ 150's will be way too lean, I know I tried 650ft elevation, screaming fast on the low end but you'll loose everything on the top, I'm at 147.5 Mikuni's but I have a full exhaust now 3rd clip on the stage 7 needles and spring's slides drilled blah blah blah LOL, oh and I had the stock set up...
