air intake

Made a functional air intake for the faux tank, unfortunately the wife's stainless coffee pot fitted the bill nicely. She 'aint happy....:mad:

Finally started fitting the tank extension and filler on the tail piece. Chose an old school style filler instead of a flush mounting, liked the look better on the bike.

Spent way too much time today detailing the engine, but she always seems to run better when she’s clean..

Thanks gentsvmax, it’s taken a lot of time and effort but it’s almost done.

There’s a catch under the seat, it lifts up. When I get round to it I’m gonna extend the filler and come out of the tail piece with a flush filler cap. I’ve got the parts already.
