I have a 2007 and I was looking into a stage 1 kit and then I saw a stage 7 kit and now I don't know what to do. Are there stages 2-6 as well? Never heard of those if there are. What is the benefit and difference of a Stage 1 kit and a Stage 7 kit? I think the Max has plenty of horsepower but...

We're not required to have turn signals here, you can make hand signals. But I would never change lanes without thoroughly checking my blind spot anyway. If I can even see a car I wait. And the bike looks so much meaner without those dorky factory signals. I did try to hook up aftermarket LED...

I bought an LED headlight bulb for my 2007 but the wire going to the fan kept making the light go on and off, it had a bad connection. So I got another one just like it and as soon as I plugged it in it fried. Do LED headlight bulbs work on a 2007? I might have been unlucky and got two defective...

Thanks. the "trial and error" method worked! They do flash faster but not ridiculously fast. They don't both come on at the same time, the neutral light works, all with the stock flasher.

Thanks for the diagram. The trouble is that the aftermarket signals do not correspond. So I did the "trial and error" method and got the fronts working. They have running lights and turn signals. They do flash faster but not enough to where it is a problem. I guess if it works I got it right...

Thank you very much. I ordered a flasher but guess what - I got the front signals on and everything works fine, the flashers go at double speed but it's not outrageous or anything. I didn't need a diode either although I ordered that too. I'll see how it goes when I put the back blinkers on.

OK I found a flasher, it eliminates the self cancelling feature but I don't mind that. I just need the wire colors now or else it's trial and error time. hopefully not too much error. If you use resistors it will negate the loss of power drain from the led's and they will also get really hot...
