Has anyone transformed the reserve system on a Gen1 to make it work as a Gen2, or like on any FI bike? I'll be happy with only a light showing that fuel is getting low without the complication of a switch/relay etc! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I think I may have a problem with the reserve on my Gen1: after the light is on either the control switch (at the handlebar) does not work, or the sender assembly on the bottom has a problem. It happened around 10 years ago already, but I can't remember how I resolved the problem!! Any idea...

Anyone had any luck using these fork seals: On a 94 ? They seems to be one fits all and are too thick (here compared with the stock one): Clips can't fit ... Even the dust seal coming with it does not even looks like the stock one: Just ordered Yamaha genuine parts!! Sent from my iPhone...

So... Another 2 hours and $$$ lost... I want to replace the VW damper I have on my Vmax-hack: For a Daytona one which is suppose to go with only a little cut on the plastic frame cover... Of course, and this will be the excuse, the damn thing does not fit with the raked angle of my fork...
