    1992 V-Max any throttle and it cuts out

    Just wondering if you let it run for awhile will it stall out, that would be your fuel pump not working right, mine did that when coming out of hibernation, was my reserve switch not being happy.

    Burning oil

    I change my oil yearly, ride moderately aggressive, 4000 miles per year don’t add any more oil, that’s my experience 81000 miles on bike.

    Go for the fazer, rare machine love the look. After many years of riding my xt500 I bought a VMAX awesome machine scares me every time but it’s all good, let us know what happens!

    Yee ha, Boris is gone or dead, speedometer works as it should, 95 today and all is good....except for the wind trying to tear me off the bike!

    So here's one for the group. My speedometer has been invaded by a black spider, seems to only like 75mph, that's where I see it which just happens to be at the 12 o'clock position....really. As a result my Speedo will not go past the 75 mph mark! Any ideas besides replacement of the speedometer...

    Carb issue

    +1 on float valve, had same issue, removed carbs, found that the needle valve had some tiny ruff spots, lightly sanded it, checked operation, all good, replaced carbs, good to go!

    Brake fluid return hole

    Hey, just did this same job, my seals were old and needed replacement, order new seals, remove caliper, remove old seals, clean up the caliper interior, put in new seals, install caliper, reconnect brake line, bleed brakes, done! Air compressor should work for removing piston, I reused copper...

    Front Fork Leak
