    You really think we have the power to change our climate? We can screw up a lot of things, but our climate isn't one of them. We could spend bazillions of dollars and give up a lot our habits only to find out we're not God. The climate WILL change, just as it has for eons.

    I think you're on the right track with stabilizer and draining carbs. Mine have given me fits by letting it sit too long even tho I ran the pump fairly often. I should have been draining out the old gas. A teaspoon of oil won't accomplish anything in the angled cylinders though.

    I agree! I've used Shell Rotella 15-40 for years in everything - tractors, mowers, cars and motorcycles and never had an oil-related engine problem. Only time it may not be a good choice would be up north during a really cold spell, where you would use a lighter weight oil.
