Anti vaccine activist died from COVID. Pretty blond girl...

Probably? Doesn't negate? lol It means the numbers are light years off.... No biggie right? The more frightened people are the more money big business and big media makes... It means that the idea that COVID can be vaxxed away like polio is false, that the narrative is false and the...

Anti vaccine activist died from COVID. Pretty blond girl...

    1. The way deaths were calculated were based on guidelines that showed death by COVID if you had COVID when you died of whatever else, like a car accident.. So actual death numbers are higher than actual... 2. COVID isn't likely to go away, ever... It's ENDEMIC... Like the flu... 3. The...

    Died on the road

Sure, and I do anything I can without taking the bike to Yamaha... I even just started working in a marine service shop... In this case, my bike died on the road, I had to get it out of there... My boss and myself looked at the bike, tried a fuse looked around and had no ideas... In the end...

    Died on the road

Okay so, I tried replacing the 30 amp main fuse and although the bike was off as soon as the fuse was in place it popped... Had it picked up and off to the local Yamaha shop... They call and say it's ready so I go down... Guy hands me a bill for $412, no parts just pickup and labor...

    Died on the road

Was riding home from work tonight, all was well. until total power loss... All power, no lights, no nothing, engine died... Turn key on nothing happens... Any idea what this could be...? Thank you...

Yeah, I hear that... I got the bike last season and I was often wearing my running shoes... The top part of the shoes makes it like shifting in socks... Also because of non stock pegs shifter was near my big toenail and there was no leverage or very little because of the distance... I had...

As I said that's not an option... It would be either pay or buy another... How does it go with this kind of problem? Will it just stay about the same or eventually not go into 2nd at all or slip constantly? Right now it only slips in second under very specific conditions... If I may ask...

No place to do that and my experience level isn't great... Is it better to buy another bike rather than paying to fix it? Christ I just got this one... $!@#$$%:bang head:

Yes it appears to be just 2nd... It happens so far only when shifting at low RPMs and only going up from 1st not down from 3rd...and only when applying hard throttle... It works fine if you either ride easy or rev it out.... I assume it will get worse? I have to wonder if this was caused at...

Does that mean a case split? How do you "adjust the shifter"? Is there a way to confirm 100% if it's the dogs or not? My last bike once in a blue moon would pop out of gear but this made clear clunking sounds... The Max is more of a slipping and only does so when you add more power....

Well after the feedback here I went out again tonight and now I really don't know WTF to think... Here's what I have now.. Slips only in second... Slips only in second on upshift... 1 to 2 not 3 to 2 Slips briefly then is ok...sometimes repeats... Slips only when running lowish RPMs and...

Okay, well I have more of a handle now on what it's doing... Not sure if it's doing more or if I am just tuning in to what it's doing... It appears to be the clutch... :( It was really a quick slip so short I couldn't tell what happened at first but now it is clearly slipping for a fraction of...

Yikes, no way I could do either option... Not now anyway... Maybe it's that segment/indexer thing...? Most of the time it runs fine through the gears... I don't know if that means anything or not.

Power loss is to the wheel.... Engine doesn't drop out if anything it sounded like it revved up slightly but this happens very quickly... If it gets worse it will be easier to explain and perhaps video...

Well I took her out and made some solid shifts with my leather shoes and it ripped through all gears with no problem... Then I get off the highway thinking everything is okay and something happened similar to the problem yet a little different like some kind of small lurching power on/off thing...

Yeah, I had heard something about that... I will give it a try now, with my riding shoes... How expensive is it to fix that second gear problem if that was the case? It never popped out of gear before and doesn't now under normal driving stresses...

Best guess I have after riding again and it happened again is a pop out of gear and then back into gear... When I ride with my sneakers sometimes my shifts are weak because of the location of the shifter and soft shoes... At times a shift doesn't happen because I didn't get enough force on the...

Yes very much so... It sounded like something snapped or popped but yes CLICK... it sounded mechanical but I have no idea and now 10 hours later even less certain... I took it out again on the highway and no issues... I didn't push it as hard though....

Since it was light out I can't be sure of no electrical loss but my gut says no.... My feeling was that it was mechanical but I really can't be sure... As if a gear popped or slipped a tooth but the loss of power was so brief that I can't be sure and it was just one click -- no power -- power...
