I got mine from Gannon. As I recall, I could never get the tboost to work with cops and gave up. I think some were successful though.

I've got the exact same rear. Got it from Sean many years ago. Finding 18" radials for stock front to match the 17" rear is getting tougher every year. I think you may have to look for a 17" conversion.

Congrats on your retirement! You're going to love it. I went a few years ago but would have stayed for a bit longer if not for the politics. I have many friends who did exactly that as well.

91 around here has no ethanol. I use that whenever the bike is going to be sitting for a bit especially over winter. Has always worked for me.

Look at the Hindle 4-1. Keep the center stand tabs.

Good advice. My slide wasn't stuck. The needle was hanging up. Readjusted and moved it to another carb. Backfire solved.

Remove your air filter and check that your needles are moving freely. I used a screw driver to reach in and move each slide. Of course be gentle. One needle was hanging up and causing a backfire as you describe.

I don't have a gen 2 but this is a very cool thread! Can't wait to see what you come up with.
