These are 1 wire. Grounded by a wire to the housing that feeds into an h4, then there's a wire between both bulbs for high beam. The low beam worked when high beam wasn't plugged in. It was intermittent so a pita to track down haha

Ended up being a break in the ground wire, one of the lights apparently was only going to work intermittently. Almost ripped my hair out on this one.

Just put 55w h3 LED bulbs in my Max, low beam works, one bulb lights as it should, when I switch on the high beam the indicator light comes on but I get nothing out of either bulb. Do these have a relay that I need a load equalizer for or does the dimmer switch not play nice with leds?? Bulbs...

From everything I've seen on that tiny hole, it seems to cause a rock hard clutch, not slipping, but I'll be sure to clear that as well. I think what I'll do is pinhole, rotella, rebuild cylinders(might as well do both anyways, bikes been sitting for who knows how long and seals don't last...

I have new levers but they haven't been installed yet. Bikes has no problems shifting, neutral is easy to find. Slipping over 3k after 20 or 30 mins of riding slower is the only issue. It doesn't slip as bad on highway. Back roads it slips pretty badly, from a dead stop it takes a while...

Im building up a 3000 mile 2000 max and the jardines on it sound wimpy. Preferably would like a ufo, kerker(with a decent baffle),or voodoo 4-1, open to other suggestions as well. I have about 500 to spend and dont mind small imperfections; it'll be fixed and painted anyways.
